Please note, a 25% deposit is required before a booking is confirmed and is non refundable.

1/ To reserve the villa known as ” SIZARIN “ the client should sign a completed booking form and return it together with payment, None refundable deposit ( 25% of the of the total rent due , minimum £ 100.00 ). On receiving the booking form and deposit, we the owners will send a confirmation invoice and statement, this is then the formal notice of acceptance of the booking.
2/ The balance of the rental and the security deposit must be paid not less than six weeks prior to the rental period booked. If the above payment is not received by the date due, we the owners reserve the right to give you notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. However we will endeavour to make contact with the client to clarify the position before doing so. Any reservations made as last minute (within the six week start date of the rental) must be paid in full at time of booking
3/ A Security Deposit of £150.00 is required for every weeks rental booked. (this is to cover any damage to the property or its contents. However this security deposit does not limit the Clients liability to the owner. The owners will account to the Client for the security deposit and refund the balance due within 14 days after the rental period.
4/ Should the client cancel the rental period the owner will refund amounts paid if the owners is able to re-let the property, should any expenses be incurred due to this cancellation, these amounts will be deducted from any refundable amounts.
5/ Changeover and start dates of lettings Saturday to Saturday
Rental period commences at 16:00 hours on the first day and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on the last day of rental. The owner does not accept or be obliged to offer any accommodation before or after the times stated above and the client shall not be entitled to remain in the property after the 10:00 hours deadline.
6/ The maximum occupancy to reside in the villa is SIX PERSONS unless the owner has given permission in writing to the contrary. Should the villa be over occupied without permission the owner may take part or the whole of the security deposit if the Maximum number of occupancy exceeded.
7/ The property should be clean, tidy and in a fit purpose for which it is to be used. We the owners would expect that as a tenant you will take all reasonable care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy state at the end of the rental period. Retention of the security deposit will occur should the property be left in a unacceptable condition.
8/ The CLIENT shall also agree not to act in any way to annoy or cause any disturbance to neighbouring properties.
9/ Please report to the owners agent any defects or problems in the property, swimming pool etc and arrangements will be made to rectify them as soon as possible.
10/ The owner will not be liable to the Client:-
- For any temporary defect or stoppage of supplies of public services
- For any loss, damage or injury, which is the result of war, riots, strikes, whether conditions or other matters beyond the Owners Control.
- For any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Client should the property be damaged or destroyed before the start of the rental period, in such an event the Owner will notify the Client within 7 days of such an incident, and refund all sums paid in respect of the rental period to the Client.
PLEASE NOTE: Swimming pools can be a fatal attraction for young CHILDREN, PLEASE BE VIGILANT AT ALL TIMES. It is your parental responsibility to make sure they are safe and secure.
